Booking & Payment Policy
Please read the following before completing your booking.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.
Because appointment time is reserved specifically for you, payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
Please review the service description carefully before booking to ensure you are selecting the appropriate session.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice can be moved to another available appointment, subject to availability.
Cancellations & Late Changes
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, together with missed appointments or no-shows, are treated as a completed appointment and the full session fee remains payable.
Packages & Batch Sessions
Packages, treatment plans and batch sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, and cannot be exchanged for alternative services, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
