Booking & Payment Policy

To honour the time, energy, and preparation dedicated to each session, please note that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. I kindly ask that you read all service details carefully before confirming your booking.

 

For initial consultations, rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in the full session fee being forfeited.

Please also note that batch sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

These guidelines are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and commitment on both sides, allowing me to fully dedicate my time and energy to supporting you.
